Privacy policy

Flavinsa Education (“we”) teaches students, most of whom are under 18. We take that responsibility seriously and follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules.

What we collect

• From the demo and contact forms: parent name, email, WhatsApp number, country, city and time zone.
• About the student: first name, class, board and the subjects of interest.
• Anything you choose to write in the message box.

We collect only what we need to arrange classes. We do not ask for the student’s photo or documents on this website.

How we use it

• To contact you about the demo class or your enquiry.
• To plan batches and timings if your child joins.

We never sell your data and never use a child’s data for advertising.

Parental consent

Forms on this site must be filled in by a parent or guardian. Before a child joins classes, we ask the parent for separate consent for each purpose: processing the child’s data, recording classes, using results or testimonials, and WhatsApp messages. You can withdraw any consent at any time.

Tracking

Our public pages may use analytics to understand how visitors find us. We do not use advertising trackers in any area used by students.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, protected by access rules so that only our team can read it. Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted within 12 months. Class recordings, when made with consent, are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your family’s data at any time. Message us on Flavinsa Education on WhatsApp and we will respond within 30 days.
