Terms and refund policy

Classes

• Each batch has at most three students, grouped by class, board and level.
• Classes run live online, five days a week, with doubt sessions on Saturdays.
• A class missed by the teacher is made up in the same week.
• Classes missed by a student are not repeated, but notes and worksheets are always shared.

Fees

• Fees are charged per subject, per month, in advance.
• Fees are due by the 5th of each month. If a fee is still unpaid after the 10th, class access is paused until it is paid.
• The demo class is free. No fee is due until you decide to join.

Refunds

If a student leaves during a month, we refund the fee for the classes remaining in that month on a pro-rata basis. Tell us on WhatsApp; refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.

Our promise about results

We do not guarantee marks, ranks or admissions. We do promise small batches, regular tests, and honest progress reports to parents.

Conduct and safety

• Classes are private. Meeting links must not be shared outside the batch.
• Our teachers do not contact students privately on social media.
• Classes are recorded only with written parental consent, and only for the batch’s own revision.
